Ages: 5 -12 years old
Our goal is provide the kids an amazing summer camp experience through fitness and educational coaching. We will provide the kids a safe environment with positive role models and build new friendships. The kids will learn how to communicate with others, Integrity, and Courage.
This summer we will use the AWARD-WINNING summer learning series “Summer Bridge Activities” by Carson –Dellosa. Research shows that children experience “summer loss” or a loss of academic skills during the summer vacation.
Our lesson will be broken down into three sections; two sections will provide a review of skills learned during the school year and then a preview section, of the upcoming academic year.
Each child will be given grade- specific exercises.
We will also set weekly goals for the student, so the parents can track weekly progress.
Children will work towards their monthly rewards.
Each child will participate in a fun daily cardio workout.
Each day we will work on gymnastic skills such as fine motor and gross motor skills.
The children will play group sports that will instill a sense of confidence in connection with physical activity.
Each child will build strength, balance, agility, flexibility, and coordination.
Each week will include themed activities and a healthy snacks, craft, and field trip.
Each week we will have a visit from a special guest (Local firefighters and Police Department)
